Possibly Cape Breton's youngest most innovative group, Slainte Mhath (Gaelic for "To Your Health") styles that are continents apart performed in the Cape Breton idiom. Their music has its feet firmly in traditional Celtic music but they manage to keep an ear to the contemporary ground.
